ETOO or its affiliates including the directors, officers, employees or agents will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising from or connected with the Mobile application, including but not limited to, your use of this site or your inability to use the Mobile application, even if ETOO has previously been advised of the possibility of such damages. In order to use the full spectrum of ETOO Services, You need to register on the ETOO App and provide us with accurate and complete information. You are also required to keep your accounts and contact information complete and updated at all times. Upon downloading the ETOO, You have to necessarily allow permission to ETOO to send an SMS from Your smartphone to ETOO’s Virtual mobile number, which allows ETOO to verify Your mobile number and register Your device details against Your ETOO account. This is a mandatory security step, and You accept that ETOO has the sole right to not allow you to use Your ETOO app without the completion of this step.
It is Your responsibility to provide Your correct mobile number so that We can communicate with You via SMS. You understand and agree that if We send you an SMS but You do not receive it because Your mobile number on file is incorrect or out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive SMS, We shall be deemed to have provided the communication to You effectively. Please note that if You use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes SMSes from senders not listed in Your contacts, you must ensure that ETOO SMSes are marked as trusted as 'not-spam', so that you will be able to view the Communications we send to you.
It is Your responsibility to keep Your primary email address up to date so that We can communicate with You electronically. You understand and agree that if We send you an electronic communication but You do not receive it because Your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, We shall be deemed to have provided the communication to You effectively. Please note that if You use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in Your email address book, you must add ETOO to your email address book so that you will be able to view the Communications we send to you.
You can update your primary email address at any time by logging into the ETOO App. If Your email address becomes invalid such that electronic communications sent to you by Us is returned, We may deem your account to be inactive, and You will not be able to transact any activity using your ETOO Account until We receive a valid, working primary email address from you.
The device (smartphone) on which You download ETOO App and use during registration, shall become Your registered device and it's details shall be stored by us.
We may ask for and store additional information to either extend more Services or even as additional requirement for continuing the existing Services or sub-services.

Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
At no point in time will ETOO be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you shall solely be liable for the losses caused to ETOO or others due to such unauthorized use, if any.
We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account.

When you enroll in ETOO, you get a license from us to view it via the ETOO Services and no other use. Don’t try to transfer or resell it in any way. We grant you a lifetime access license, except when we must disable the ETOO because of legal or policy reasons.
As a learner, when you enroll in ETOO, whether it’s a free or paid, you are getting from ETOO a license to view it via the ETOO application, and ETOO is the licensor of record. It is licensed, and not sold, to you. This license does not give you any right to resell ETOO in any manner (including by sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading it and sharing it on torrent sites).
In legal, more complete terms, ETOO grants you (as a learner) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view ETOO and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non- commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with ETOO or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use ETOO unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a ETOO authorized representative.
We generally give a lifetime access license to our learners when they enroll in ETOO. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use ETOO at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to ETOO due to legal or policy reasons.
